This field records whether the student has any dependants
Notes
This data must be returned for all students in coverage at the start of their Engagement i.e. by the end of the reference period in which their first associated StudentCourseSession begins. If the data is not known by the provider 99 'Not available' must be returned.
This information is required on entry to a students Engagement and is not required to be maintained throughout a students Engagement.
In codes 01 and 04, 'Young people/children' refers to young people aged 17 and under financially or otherwise dependent on the student.
