Description
This field records the reference period that the ReferencePeriodStudentLoad.FTE applies to.
Notes

This records the reference period that the FTE is being recorded for. A value of 01, 02 or 03 would be returned based on which reference period is being recorded as below:

  • Reference period running from 01/08/YYYY - 15/11/YYYY: 01
  • Reference period running from 16/11/YYYY - 15/03/YYYY: 02
  • Reference period running from 16/03/YYYY - 31/07/YYYY: 03

This combined with the ReferencePeriodStudentLoad.YEAR therefore identifies the reference period that FTE is being recorded for.

To uniquely identify the Full-time equivalence and enable linking between entities.
