Description
This field records the reason that a Student course session has ended
Notes

When a StudentCourseSession has ended this field must be completed to indicate the reason.

01 - Withdrawn’ should be used when a StudentCourseSession has ended due to the student leaving the reporting provider entirely. 

02 'Interrupted' indicates that the StudentCourseSession has ended due to the student taking an agreed break in learning. Where this is returned, a subsequent StudentCourseSession does not need to be returned until the student restarts study.

If a student takes an agreed break in learning part way through a StudentCourseSession, this should be recorded in the SessionStatus entity, 02 should be returned in this field at the end of a StudentCourseSession.

03 'Transferred' indicates that the student has transferred to another Course within the reporting provider. If the student transfers to another provider, this should be returned as '01 Withdrawn'.

04  - Ended’ should be used where the StudentCourseSession has come to an end for any another reason, regardless of whether the student successfully completed their intended study or achieved an educational outcome.
