Student course session end date(SCSENDDATE)

All StudentCourseSessions that have ended.

This field should record the actual end date of the StudentCourseSession for the student as opposed to the expected end date. For taught students on structured courses, this is the last date of the structured teaching and learning including any planned exam period but not retakes within the SessionYear.

This date may not align with the end date of the associated SessionYear, as SessionYears must be a year long but this date should reflect the actual date on which the student's activity on the SessionYear ends.

The SCSENDDATE must fall within the dates of the associated SessionYear. If the student has not completed all of the activity for a SessionYear by the end of that SessionYear, the StudentCourseSession must still be closed. Outcomes for any associated ModuleInstances that are outstanding can then be updated once they are known.

If a Student retakes a Module in a subsequent StudentCourseSession, this ModuleInstance should be associated with the StudentCourseSession in which they undertake this retake.

For students on postgraduate research and fully flexible courses, this field should be returned as a year from the SCSSTARTDATE

Where the student is on their final StudentCourseSession, the leaver date in Leaver.ENGENDDATE should be the same as in SCSENDDATE

All date fields must be completed using the ISO8601 format of YYYY-MM-DD.
