| Description | This field records the fee status of students | ||||||||||
| Notes | Code 04 Fee eligibility not assessed should be returned where every student pays the same fee, i.e. there is no differentiation based on a student's circumstances. This code can also be used for incoming exchange or visiting (non-exchange) students. For courses that charge different fees for students based on their permanent home address, 01, 02 or 03 should be returned as appropriate based on the individual student's fee status. Channel Islands and Isle of Man domiciled students should be coded as code 02 'Rest of UK tuition fees'. Students from the Republic of Ireland who started on or after 1 August 2021 should be coded 02 ‘Rest of UK tuition fees’. | ||||||||||
