Description
This field indicates whether a student has Qualified teacher status.
Notes

For students on INSET courses in England and Northern Ireland, providers must indicate whether the student holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Whether the student holds QTS affects the funding arrangements for these students.

For students holding QTS, any associated FundingBody.FUNDINGBODY must not indicate that the student is fundable by the DfE (NI) or OfS.

This field helps to distinguish the funding arrangements for INSET students in England and Northern Ireland.
