All Students at providers in Northern Ireland where EntryProfile.PERMADDCOUNTRY = XG except where Engagement.INCOMINGEXCHANGE exists or (Leaver.ENGENDDATE - Engagement.ENGSTARTDATE <= 14 days and RSNENGEND = 03, 05, 11, 12).

Must not be returned for students outside of the stated coverage.

This data is required at entry to a student's Engagement and is not required to be maintained throughout a student's Engagement. Continuing students do not need to be resurveyed unless their EntryProfile is resubmitted.

The data is recorded on the basis of the student’s own self-assessment.

The valid entries have been aligned with the census in Northern Ireland.
