Submitted UKPRNs will be verified against a valid list obtained from the UKRLP, which includes discontinued codes.

Code 5057 should be used for any body (educational or other) based outside the UK.

If the provider is providing teaching at the workplace then this entity is not required. Where the provider is buying in teaching from another body, which could be the student's employer, these cases will be identified by the codes 5043 and 5044.

Collaboration and franchise agreements with any of the institutes and activities of the University of London should be returned under valid entry 10007797 'University of London (Institutes and activities)' in this field. The exception to this is the University of London Institute in Paris. This should be returned using the valid entry 10007812 'University of London Institute in Paris'.
