Description
This field records the type of identifier being returned in OffVenueActivity.HOSTID
Notes

This field records the type of identifier returned in OffVenueActivity.HOSTID.

Where a UKPRN or URN does not apply to the host of the Off-venue activity, valid entry 05 HESA Identifier should be returned in this field.

For teacher training placements taking place at a school in England or Wales, the OffVenueActivity.HOSTIDTYPE is returned as 02 URN and the Unique Reference Number of the school is returned in OffVenueActivity.HOSTID.

Reason Required
To record the type of identifier being recorded in OffVenueActivity.HOSTID, to allow hosts to be recorded with different types of identifier.
