This records the reference period that the FTE is being recorded for. A value of 01 is expected in this field for 22056 and 23056 due to these being annual collections. This combined with the ReferencePeriodStudentLoad.YEAR therefore identifies the exact reference period that FTE is being recorded for.
The Open University is required to send this field for the Scottish part.
