The unique identifier for the Student course session.
Notes

This identifier is defined by the returning provider and must be unique across all StudentCourseSession entities in the context of a Students’ Engagement. For example, Student A has multiple student course sessions across their engagement. All must all have a different SCSESSIONID. A different student can have the same SCSESSIONID(s) as Student A, so long as the same rule applies with being unique across their engagement.
